2. What payment mode do we accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards. All transactions by PayPal.


3. Do you provide free home delivery?

Yes. We do free home delivery directly to customer's doorstep for all orders based in Singapore.

For international delivery, please contact us for shipping rates.


4. How long does the delivery take?

Delivery will take 7-14 working days to reach you, otherwise stated.


5. How can I track my orders?

Once payment confirmed, we will email you the shipping info.


6. Do you accept returning of item?

We want you to be satisfied with all purchases.

Any item delivered if found damaged or delivered wrongly in size; please contact us within 7 days for exchange. Shipping charges will be complimentary for exchanges in Singapore.

For international orders, please arrange to ship back the items (buyer will bear the return cost of shipping); and we'll ship the replacement item at no extra charge.

All sales is final, and no refund in cash; otherwise stated.


7. Do you ship overseas?

We do ship worldwide. Please contact us for shipping rates.


8. Do you charge Goods and Services Tax (GST)?

We do not charge GST for all orders.
